An enriching Value Education In-House Training Programme was conducted for the teachers of Holy Child Sr. Sec. School on 6th and 7th July 2026. The sessions were led by the resource person, Ms. Anuradha Gautam, whose interactive and engaging approach kept the participants actively involved throughout the programme. Through thought-provoking discussions, practical activities, and real-life examples, she highlighted the vital role of value education in shaping students into responsible, compassionate, and ethical individuals. She emphasized that value education should be seamlessly integrated into everyday classroom teaching and the overall school culture to nurture character, empathy, respect, and social responsibility. The workshop inspired teachers with practical strategies to promote values in school and reinforced the importance of creating a positive and value-based learning environment for holistic student development.
