School Fees Rules

1. Fees must be paid through online mode via Smart Skoolapps Application.

2. Scan the QR code for direct link of the application.

   Login ID for the app:
   User ID – HCSSAdmissionNo. (Eg: HCSS1234)
   Password – Student’s Admission No. (Eg: 1234)

3. If the fees are not paid by the last date of the designated month, a late fee of Rs. 25/- per month will be levied. Once the school fees have been paid, it will not be refunded, even if the pupil is withdrawn from the school.

4. Fees will have to be paid as long as the name of the pupil is on roll and till Transfer Certificate (T.C.) is taken from the school.

5. Fees are distributed equally for 12 months. Fees of vacation months have to be deposited in advance before the vacation.

6. Transfer Certificate will be issued on 3 days’ notice in writing by the parents. Rs. 100/- will be levied as Transfer Certificate fee.

7. No sister–sister concession is ordinarily granted to the students.
